When my earbuds are in the case and the case closes a high pitched noise is made. Why would this be happening?Back to product

That really depends which listening mode you have it on. Either the be aware or noise canceling, both of those I kinda get the same thing, this ringing in the back ground. If anything, it'd help to do a full reset. It may be the app depending when it must have been released. Or it may be from other bluetooth devices connected at the same time.answered on 2021-04-21 00:00:00
